Image File not found Error

If you are receiving the following error message:


Please attempt to follow these steps to resolve the issue before submitting a ticket:
  1. Suspend current batch
  2. Close PSIcapture
  3. Re-open PSIcapture
  4. Re-open the batch and check if the "Image not Found" error is still occurring.
If the error is still occurring after attempting the above:
  1. Suspend current batch
  2. Close PSIcapture
  3. Restart PC
  4. Re-open PSIcapture
  5. Re-open batch and check if the "Image not Found" error is still occurring.
If both the above failed, please submit a ticket with the following information where the error is occurring:
  • Batch name
  • Document number 
  • Page number
